Products may be purchased while supplies last. Privacy, Data Protection, GDPR
The Happy Robots website is built using the Wix platform which is GDPR compliant.
Wix is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. We regularly perform internal security audits to maintain our ISO/PCI security certifications. In accordance with the GDPR, site visitors have the right to access their data or "be forgotten" (to be permanently deleted from your databases).
In accordance with the GDPR, you can request that we permanently delete data that has been processed on our site. Your data will be deleted within 48 hours of submitting the request. You will be informed once your data has been deleted. We have never collected data and emails without your consent – namely through a sales transaction on either our Bandcamp or Wix site, or through signing up on our website. If you do wish to be removed please let us know. Any further data that we store, (such as that associated with sales invoices etc) is stored on a secured drive.
On occasion, we may contact bloggers, journalists, booking agents etc on a business-to-business legitimate interests basis. If you receive any such communications and you would like them to stop, please let us know.
Termination
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with UK Law.
